The PRINTING AI Pavilion (N6531)

Booth N6531, PRINTING AI Pavilion | All 3 days

Focusing on the commercial and operational realities of artificial intelligence in print and packaging, Vpress will show how modern AI tools can fundamentally accelerate speed to market by dramatically shortening implementation times and unifying disconnected stages of the print lifecycle, from initial store setup to press delivery. Discover how Coreprint helps commercial printers streamline print ordering within existing enterprise procurement workflows, eliminating corporate friction while upholding the uncompromising brand governance rules that large organisations demand.

Main stage keynote: The Future of AI in Print

Main Stage | Thu 24, 12:20

Thursday 24 September, 12:20 to 13:00, with Kelvin Bell. Printers do not need another website designer. They need an industrial solution engine that connects corporate procurement to the production schedule. Kelvin sets out where AI earns its keep in commercial print, why locked brand templates are the safety net that makes it viable, and why any AI a corporate client touches needs a one-click kill switch. Four acts in forty minutes: the great divide, the kill switch, four digital specialists on the shop floor, and who does what.

Reserve 20 minutes on the booth: your 1-on-1 automation and AI consultation

Skip the trade show floor queue and consult directly with our technical leadership at booth N6567 or booth N6531. Bring your exact operational roadblocks, whether you are solving order handoff bottlenecks, connecting Switch to your storefronts, or navigating enterprise client security requirements for AI adoption. We will outline an actionable, secure and production-tested automation roadmap tailored to your business.

  • Bring your questions. MIS, storefront, Switch, or the security sign-off your enterprise clients want before AI goes anywhere near their brand. Tell us what you run today and what is in the way.
  • Pick the booth. N6567 for Switch integration and touchless workflows, N6531 for AI Assistants and brand governance. Tell us in the notes.

Kelvin Bell: The Future of AI in Print

Websites versus workflow. Kelvin argues that printers do not need another website designer, they need an industrial solution engine that connects corporate procurement to the production schedule without drowning staff in admin. And that any AI inside it has to sit behind locked brand templates, isolated data and a tenant-level kill switch, or enterprise clients will not let it near their brand.

The talk in four acts

  1. 1The confession and the great divide. Why every booth on the floor has an AI sticker, why printers are right to be sceptical, and the difference between a storefront builder and an industrial solution engine.
  2. 2Enterprise reality, brand governance and the kill switch. Templates as the constitution, data sovereignty under an IT audit, and the one-click control a bank or healthcare client will ask for before any AI goes live.
  3. 3Four digital specialists on the shop floor. Brand, editor, order and integration assistants, each aimed at one bottleneck: the 50 legacy portals, the 30-field form, the job that springs open on the stitcher, and the pricing feed that is out of date by Friday.
  4. 4You bring the print, we bring the plumbing. What to demand from any supplier, and why the veteran estimator should be freed for the work only a veteran can do.

Vpress×PRINTING United Expo

Before you set off

Where are booths N6567 and N6531 at PRINTING United 2026?

Booth N6567 is the Works with Enfocus Switch partner booth and booth N6531 is in the PRINTING AI Pavilion, both at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Use the official floor plan to route to either from any entrance.

Do I need an expo ticket to visit the Vpress booths?

Yes. Both booths are on the PRINTING United Expo show floor, so you need an Expo badge. Register at printingunited.com.

What is Vpress showing on the Works with Enfocus Switch booth?

The Vpress Flow app suite on the Enfocus Appstore, live. Job metadata and print-ready PDF artwork flow from Coreprint storefronts into Enfocus Switch, and production milestones, dispatch confirmations and tracking data flow straight back to Coreprint in real time, so the buyer sees progress without anyone re-keying or chasing.

What is Vpress showing in the PRINTING AI Pavilion?

In the PRINTING AI Pavilion at booth N6531, Vpress shows how modern AI tools shorten implementation times and join up the stages of the print lifecycle, from initial store setup to press delivery, and how Coreprint fits print ordering into existing enterprise procurement workflows while upholding corporate brand governance rules.

When is Kelvin Bell speaking, and will it be recorded?

Kelvin Bell, Sales Director at Vpress, gives the main stage keynote, The Future of AI in Print, on Thursday 24 September from 12:20 to 13:00 Pacific time. The slides and recording will be published on this page after the show.

What does Kelvin Bell's keynote at PRINTING United 2026 cover?

The Future of AI in Print runs in four acts. First, the great divide between storefront builders and industrial solution engines, and why printers are right to be sceptical of AI stickers. Second, enterprise reality: brand templates as the constitution, data sovereignty and the tenant-level kill switch. Third, four digital specialists on the shop floor, one per bottleneck: brand, editor, order and integration. Fourth, who does what: you bring the print, the software provider brings the plumbing. Thursday 24 September, 12:20 to 13:00, Main Stage.

What is an AI kill switch, and why would a printer need one?

In Kelvin's keynote, an AI kill switch is a tenant-level control that turns off every AI module for one client in a single click and drops that client back to standard, deterministic ordering without breaking a template, catalogue rule or production workflow. Some enterprise legal departments ban AI tools outright. A printer who cannot switch AI off for that one account risks losing the contract, so Kelvin argues the switch is non-negotiable architecture, not a nice-to-have.

Will AI change our brand templates?

Not in the model Kelvin describes. The locked web-to-print template is the safety net that makes automated B2B print viable: fixed margins, exact spot colours, approved font weights and strict asset zones. AI's job is to make feeding data into those rules simple, never to alter the rules. That is the same principle behind brand governance in every Coreprint storefront today.

Does Coreprint integrate with Enfocus Switch?

Yes. Enfocus is a Vpress integration partner, and the integration is bi-directional: orders and artwork go into Switch, and production status comes back to Coreprint. See it live at booth N6567, or see our integration service for the wider list.

Can I get a demo if I cannot make it to Las Vegas?

Yes. Request a demonstration and we will run the same demo remotely at a time that suits you.
